By accessing or using StoreStalker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StoreStalker is a SaaS platform that monitors Amazon seller storefronts, detects new product listings, price changes, and provides analytics tools for online arbitrage sellers. The Service accesses publicly available data from Amazon.com.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will be charged automatically. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StoreStalker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party data sources (including Amazon) which may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
