We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with StoreStalker within 7 days of your first charge, contact us for a full refund.
Email support@storestalker.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary since no payment was processed.
