Frequently Asked Questions

How often are my sellers scanned?
It depends on your plan. Free users get daily scans. Starter plans scan daily, Pro every 12 hours, Business every 6 hours, and Ultra every 4 hours. We also use smart scheduling — sellers with recent new products get scanned more frequently.
How do I find good sellers to track?
Use the Seller Explorer to discover sellers by category, product count, and activity. You can also paste any Amazon seller storefront URL directly into the "Add Seller" dialog.
What does "NEW product" mean?
A product is marked as NEW when our scanner detects it on a seller's storefront for the first time. This means the seller recently added it to their listing — it's a potential sourcing opportunity.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Paid plans include CSV export. You can export your product feed, saved products, and seller lists from the respective pages.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What Amazon marketplaces do you support?
We currently support Amazon US (amazon.com) as our primary marketplace. Support for UK, DE, CA, and other marketplaces is coming soon. You can set your preferred marketplace in Settings.

What is the Smart Filter?
Smart Filter lets you search your product feed using natural language. For example, type "toys under $20 with rank below 50k" and it automatically applies the right filters. It's a premium feature available on Starter plans and above.

Is there an API?
Not yet, but API access is on our roadmap for Pro and Ultra plans. For now, you can use CSV export to get your data out.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you re-subscribe within that window, everything is restored. After 30 days, personal data is anonymized.
Can I track sellers from other users' storefronts?
Yes! When you paste a product URL from Amazon, we can extract the seller. You can also use the Seller Explorer to find sellers in any category.
